- We have two options of glass mirror thickness; 5mm and 6mm.
- We also offer HD Ultra-clear mirrors; for this purpose, we use Saint Gobain Diamant mirrors.
- The corners can be customized according to your liking.

Mirror Installation
Installing a mirror is generally an easy do-it-yourself job. Here are some things to remember:
- In concrete installations, quality anchors are recommended. Installation kit (i.e., screws, grips & installation manual) will be provided with the package, free of cost.
- You need to have a power drill, screwdriver, measurement tape (preferably inch tape), a hammer, and a level.
- Mirror brackets (for hanging purpose) will be either affixed behind the mirror or separately provided, depends upon the size and usage.
- The material directly behind the bracket could have an effect on the brackets’ performance. Hard materials such as concrete, tile, or marble do not have the tendency to dent or collapse, so that should be fine.

- The largest sizes for online orders are 60 inches x 60 inches.
What is your cutting tolerance?
- The industry-wide accepted tolerance and our cutting tolerance is +/- 1/8".
Is there any warranty on the mirrors?
- With our Guaranteed Intact Delivery policy, we guarantee that your glass or mirror product ordered from our online store will arrive in one piece. Any defective product will be replaced with a new one without any additional charges.
- We do not, however, offer a warranty on our stock or custom online purchases.
What are your cancellation, return and refund policies for the custom mirrors?

Do you provide installation service for mirrors?
- Currently, we do not support on-site installation services. But, our products are easy to install. Along with the shipment box, a DIY installation manual is provided. That will guide you to install the product.
- If you are not sure, then there is always a local carpenter, a plumber, or even a handy neighbor. These folks will help you out.
How long will it take to manufacture my custom mirror?
- After your order is received, our manufacturing process usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Once your order is fulfilled, we will ship it immediately and send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
