Smaller glass sizes are not tempered. Bigger ones -- 24 x 30, 24 x 24, 30 x 30, 24 x 36 are heat toughen and tempered.

Unfortunately, you can't. Due to the customization nature of the work.

Custom Orders:

  • We start working on Custom orders after 1 day from the date of order received. Thus, we give a buffer time of 24 hours.
  • Any cancellation or change should have to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Once work is started on the orders, in no circumstances cancellation, change & refund will be entertained.
  • All custom orders are pre-paid only.

Regular In stock Orders:

  • You can cancel your order at any time and a full refund will be provided.

If the glass print is damaged while transportation, a full refund or a replacement (of course free of cost) will be provided. Refund, return and cancellation policy of the custom products -- please refer here.

Rest assured, the quality of the glass prints will be top-notch.

Of course, we can do that. Please contact us with the order id.

Currently, we are not framing the glass prints.

On custom products, we do not provide any warranty.

  • Currently, we do not support on-site installation services. But, our products are easy to install. Along with the shipment box, a DIY installation manual is provided. That will guide you to install the product.
  • If you are not sure, then there is always a local carpenter, a plumber, or even a handy neighbor. These folks will help you out.
