Replacement Glass Thickness

Safe Packaging

We also use high-quality cardboard cartons and packing foams to make the shipment extra safe. However, if your order is damaged during shipment then we can also offer a free replacement. Please note that you will have to claim your free replacement within 3 days of receiving the order.
Difference Between A Glass Table Top And A Glass Table Cover?

Tempered Glass vs. Annealed Glass?
- Annealed Glass — These are raw glass sheets, which break into large shards when struck.
- Tempered Glass — Glass that has been heat-treated for extra durability. Tempered glass does not break into large shards when struck; instead of breaking into tiny pieces. Choose the tempered option for your replacement glass where safety is important, such as around children or pets.
What is your cutting tolerance?
- The industry-wide accepted tolerance and our cutting tolerance is +/- 1/8".
Is there any warranty on the glass?
- With our Guaranteed Intact Delivery policy, we guarantee that your glass product ordered from our online store will arrive in one piece. Any defective product will be replaced with a new one without any additional charges.
- We do not, however, offer a warranty on our stock or custom online purchases.

Do you provide installation service for glass?
- Currently, we do not support on-site installation services. But, our products are easy to install. Along with the shipment box, a DIY installation manual is provided. That will guide you to install the product.
- If you are not sure, then there is always a local carpenter, a plumber, or even a handy neighbor. These folks will help you out.
How long will it take to manufacture my custom glass?
- After your order is received, our manufacturing process usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Once your order is fulfilled, we will ship it immediately and send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
