On custom products, we do not provide any warranty.
Can I return my custom glass prints?
If the glass print is damaged while transportation, a full refund or a replacement (of course free of cost) will be provided. Refund, return and cancellation policy of the custom products -- please refer here.
Rest assured, the quality of the glass prints will be top-notch.
Can I cancel my custom glass prints?
Unfortunately, you can't. Due to the customization nature of the work.
Can you bevel the edges of my glass prints?
Of course, we can do that. Please contact us with the order id.
Are these glasses are tempered?
Smaller glass sizes are not tempered. Bigger ones -- 24 x 30, 24 x 24, 30 x 30, 24 x 36 are heat toughen and tempered.
How do I install it?
Follow the steps provided in the installation manual. Hanging brackets are affixed on the back of the glass prints. East DIY steps, nothing to worry about.
Can you frame my glass prints?
Currently, we are not framing the glass prints.
These glass prints are framed or frameless?
These are frameless. Frameless glass and mirrors are minimalistic modern designs that fit well in modern interiors.
