What is your Return Policy?
Custom-Made Products
All custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned. This is due to the customized nature of glass and mirror products. However, you may file a refund claim or request a replacement if the custom-made product arrives damaged. Please read the following terms thoroughly for your refund / free replacement claim.
- Damaged orders must be documented and reported within 3 days of the delivery. Any damaged custom order reported after 3 days beyond the delivery date, it cannot be refunded or replaced. Special cases are always considered.
- Damaged custom items must be in the original packaging.
- Your custom order cannot be canceled after 24 hours of the order received.
- If your custom order arrived in good condition, then your product cannot be returned.
- We may request photos of the damaged custom product, that has to be sent to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
In-Stock Products
All of MirrorStreet's in-stock glass and mirror products have a 7 days return policy on purchases -- where we will refund your order total. Products must be returned to us under these conditions:
- Returned items must be in the original packaging and in a new, resalable condition.
- Items should be free from scratches and defects.
- Merchandise has not been installed.
- There is no external writing or foreign labels on the merchandise packaging.

Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment; i.e. if a purchase was made with a credit card, a refund will be issued to the original account.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, you have to provide a correct bank account number in which refund has to be done.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Custom Orders:
- We start working on Custom orders after 1 day from the date of order received. Thus, we give a buffer time of 24 hours.
- Any cancellation or change should have to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Once work is started on the orders, in no circumstances cancellation, change & refund will be entertained.
- All custom orders are pre-paid only.
Regular In stock Orders:
- You can cancel your order at any time and a full refund will be provided.
